The Spotlight Series is MRU Conservatory’s faculty recital series, showcasing performances by the talented members of our faculty – some of Calgary’s finest musicians. On Saturday, March 29 at 4pm in the Trans-Alta Pavilion at the Taylor Centre for the Performing Arts, we will be featuring three of our esteemed guitar faculty: Brett Gunther, Ben Lahring, and Darren Young. They will perform a program of repertoire for solo guitar and guitar ensemble by composers from across the world, including works by Calgary-based composers Ben Lahring and Michalis Andronikou.
